1. Who we are
GoWild.gr is an online classifieds marketplace for extreme sports gear in Greece. We provide the platform; we do not resell the items in listings and we are not a party to deals between users.

2. Acceptance
By using the service or creating an account, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account details and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 18, or otherwise legally able to contract under Greek law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, post prohibited content, or put other users at risk.
4. Listings
Sellers are solely responsible for description, price, legality and condition. Photos must show the actual item.
Posting ads on the platform is free unless we clearly announce otherwise. We may reject, hide or remove listings that break the rules or the law.
- Illegal items, stolen goods and fraud are forbidden.
- Misleading pricing, fake photos and copying someone else’s ads without permission are forbidden.
- Spam and unrelated advertising are forbidden.
5. Messages
Buyer–seller messages are for deals related to listings. Do not share sensitive personal data beyond what a lawful transaction needs.
We may review abuse reports and restrict messaging where community safety requires it.
6. Liability
We do not review every listing before it goes live and we do not guarantee quality, safety or availability. Disputes between buyers and sellers are between them, except where the law requires us to act.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the platform is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the service.
7. Intellectual property
The GoWild.gr brand, logo and platform software belong to us or our licensors. You keep rights in content you upload, and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it to run the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept them. The “last updated” date at the top shows the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. Courts in Athens have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
